Solutions Consultant

The primary responsibility of Solutions Consultant is to prepare and deliver high quality consultative sessions to prospective and current clients.  The Solutions Consultant will contribute as requested to the completion of RFPs (Requests for Proposal) submitted by prospects.  This role can travel up to 50% of the time to deliver onsite, in-depth presentations which include discovery and/or product demonstrations. Solutions Consultants require a deep understanding of the trust industry including the regulatory requirements mandated by various governing institutions. The position requires the ability to match business solutions in a relatable manner based on conducted discovery sessions.

Regional Sales Manager

With the explosive growth at Cheetah, the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving new client sales to achieve Cheetah’s revenue goals within an assigned geographic territory.  New sales are focused primarily on the company’s flagship trust accounting and wealth management platform. The Regional Sales Manager manages a complex, multi-stakeholder, enterprise sales process from lead to closure, coordinating internal resources to effectively match Cheetah’s products and services to prospective clients’ needs and objectives.  The RSM also represents Cheetah at financial industry conferences for lead generation and relationship management purposes, continuously developing and managing a sales pipeline.  The RSM professionally embodies and demonstrates Cheetah’s purpose, mission and values to prospective clients and the industry. 

Client Support Specialist

The Client Support Specialist works directly with clients to research and resolve support cases, provide end-user training, analyze requirements and collaborate with Software Development group.

The Client Support Specialist is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs, problem-solving skills, as well as communicating effectively with team members within the Client Support Team.  The Client Support Specialist exceeds client expectations to consistently achieve a 99 percent Raving Fan satisfaction score.
