Cheetah’s culture is built on collaboration, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to serving clients — and few people embody that better than Danielle Rittenhouse. Now approaching her eighth year with Accutech, Danielle supports departments across the company, fields daily client requests, and helps orchestrate the annual Hunt conference. Her role is equal parts coordination, communication, and heart. Here’s a closer look at the work she does and what continues to inspire her.
You’ve been with Accutech/Cheetah for nearly 8 years now. What does a typical day look like for you?
My day is never the same. The structure is consistent, but my interactions can vary from the moment I walk through the front door to when I answer the phone. That’s where most of my client interactions happen, whether over the phone or by email. I act as a resource for them in many ways, a liaison if you will. Most of the time, I talk about what we offer, whether that’s our training or the Hunt conference. If they’re looking for more information, I help direct them to the right place and the right person.
On the office side of my role, I collaborate with any department that needs support throughout the day. Needless to say, I stay busy!
Administrative roles are often the “glue” that keeps a company operating smoothly. What do you think people might be surprised to learn about your job?
I don’t know if it would surprise anyone, but I think my role is very fluid — meaning I wear many different hats. As I previously mentioned, no two days are the same for me, and I often have my hand in a lot of different projects at once. Most days, I’m doing one thing with the next item on my to-do list already in mind!
Switching gears, you’ve played a role in planning the Hunt conference for many years now. What is that experience like for you, both in planning and attending?
The experience itself is always rewarding. We spend months organizing and planning, making sure everything is covered so it will be a great experience for our clients. So to see that come to life at The Hunt — watching the discussions, the partnerships, and everything we worked on come together, and then hearing clients say they had a great experience — makes it all worth it.
From your perspective, what makes The Hunt such a special event for clients and staff?
I think it’s a lot of things, from great speakers and hearing how far the product has come to the friendships and relationships that develop there. People enjoy the sessions and learning about what we are doing, but we also have a lot of fun. It is a great opportunity to showcase our company culture and to bond with both clients and colleagues in ways we do not normally get to.
What skills or traits have you developed during your time here that you’re most proud of?
I’m a little amazed at how organized I have become. I have always been an organized person, but being able to jump from task to task and stay flexible with no day ever being the same is something I am really proud of. I used to feel like I had to finish one task and make it perfect before moving on to the next. Through my work here, I have learned that it is okay, and sometimes necessary, to set something aside, move on to another task, and come back to it later.
What are you looking forward to most in the coming year at Cheetah?
I’m just excited to see where our products go. I know I don’t dive deep into the software itself, but I hear/see things people are working on, and I handle the interactions with clients afterwards. So, I’m excited to see where things go and what our clients do with continuous development. I’m also obviously excited for the 2026 Hunt Conference and planning all that!
What’s something people might not know about you?
I’m a bit of an adrenaline junkie and like to stay active! I also love helping people so if I can somehow combine those 2 passions, I’m a happy camper. Case in point, for the last year or so, I have been the assistant coach of a high school girls’ wrestling team. The season’s in full swing now and I can’t wait to see the girls continue to compete and grow along the way!
