Throughout 2025, we focused on refining core functionality so teams could spend less time managing workarounds and more time focusing on outcomes. Several updates were designed to give users greater control, visibility, and accuracy across everyday tasks.

- Fee workflow improvements that allow same-day voiding and regeneration with clear approvals
- Expanded market value reporting options to simplify fee calculations and exports
- More flexible account transfer tools that help prevent fractional share issues before batches are saved
- New automations that reduce manual steps in sweep setup and trading workflows

Investment tools also took a big step forward this year. Enhancements were designed to support smarter trading, clearer analysis, and better tax outcomes, all without disrupting existing workflows.

One of the most visible milestones of 2025 was the release of a redesigned client portal, built directly from client feedback. The updated experience emphasizes clarity, personalization, and transparency — helping firms strengthen relationships while simplifying communication.

Automation, reporting, and support behind the scenes
Beyond user-facing features, several teams worked throughout the year to strengthen the operational backbone of Cheetah.
Automated account opening received significant upgrades, including improved identity verification, configurable risk questionnaires, workflow template versioning, and more intuitive DocuSign experiences. Reporting and analytics tools expanded with scheduled report delivery and new “as of” date filtering, helping teams access the right data at the right time.
Professional Services partnered closely with clients on utilization studies, custom training, and integrations, while Client Support delivered standout results with rapid response times and a 99 percent satisfaction rate. Meanwhile, the BPO team supported tens of thousands of accounts and billions in assets, keeping operations moving smoothly at scale.
